I had to write a speech for class yesterday. I wrote mine on the personifications of death. Rediculus I know, but it's a fun topic at least. I came accross this reall cool quote in the process of writing. I think it's one of my favorites.

"I'm so happy dancing while the Grim Reaper cuts, cuts, cuts,

but he can't catch me. I'm as clever as can be,

and I'm very quick, but don't forget; we've only got so many tricks.

I think that this saying really emphasises human nature. Humans will always run from death but when we're young we tempt death like crazy. It's fun to walk that razor edge yet nobody wants to die? Why is the Grim Reaper a bad thing? Every body will get caught one day.
I think that death is only the beginning. If my soul is eternal it has forever to change everything. if i don't have a soul then I won't know Im dead and it's not a problem in the first place.

I seem to have digressed. The poem really illustrates that people never think about death when they are young. Thinking ourselves clever for not dying we forget that the odds of infinate time are stacked against us. Insurmountable, we all die.
